The Battle Of Evermore: The Arrival Of Terrenostrum: Chapter 4

Oh! Gentle eyes, are aware what words mean
Words refer to visions that lie in the past, seen
Words aren’t words b’cause they make a sound
They stimulate memories that rise and pound

Green and blue eyes touch in their calm
Lips begin to move then silence charms
Moments accumulate into minutes again
Even the ancient castle shivers in pain

A shimmering block of crystals, set,
Through it blended colors lord sun let
Playfully languishes upon all present
The silent spectrum that beauty meant

Open to view from all sides together
The glaring crystal castle built hither
Grand to look and colossal in space
Built under Mother Nature’s grace

House of the queen, queen of light
Sparkles even in darkness, bright.
No sullen feeling had entered it thus
But now such and more endure it must

As even Nymphertii and Grenophelis
Stand locked in their minds breeze
Wondering whether any word place
The sadness that their feelings trace

Shrugging some thought aside her
Some lingering flower in a brier
Smiled to release this quite spell
Began to speak upon which she dwell

“Scrizoaan has a mind unmatched
With evil inside, his mind is thatched
To understand it is for us futile
For such we need his wretched guile

And thus I can assure is beyond us
For his mind dispels much like pus
But what could he have done, pray,
That all of nature beckoned this day?

As my queen desires us to wait awhile
Till she sees all the angelic smiles
And so I shall not force her to state
Now Grenophelis let us be calm and wait”

Speaking thus she walks to the sill
Wherefore through lies a fair hill
Her army and that of Grenophelis
Stands waiting like tumultuous seas

Lord wind rides on the breeze around
To organize the legions under one crown
That of nature, one that bears flags none
Driven by symbol, a butterfly with the sun.

Something ails naughty Nymphertii
Her mind is tormented as visions fly
As she stand tilted in her rabid calm
Beside the window on her blue arm

The bright burning god atop his chariot
Whispers gently; golden rays carry it
Lord wind looks towards the great hill
The eyes of Nymphertii probe from the sill

Rises a slow cloud, dense and loud
As flying earth mixing with sound
A motionless hum from far is heard
Constantly growing like a nearing bird

The storm thus reaches the army standing
Right then halts at the hill’s landing
Like a wall from a dream it stands
In’surmountable height com’ands

Thus falls where it stood affixed
Like harvested grains fall in bits
A giant conquered by its own will
Settles around the ancient hill

Reveals a grand rock in floating air
Opposite lord wind, flight it share
Lord wind looks with a moved heart
The sight witnessed as the dust part

The goddess of terrain, Terrenostrum
Made visible as fell silent the hum
Gallantly stood atop a carved rock
And all legions fell silent in shock

Her shinny brown skin held every gaze
Her eyes left restless hearts amazed
Every eye enchanted stood silently
Expecting to grasp the sight fully

This goddess above a floating rock
With beauty that seemed to mock
All things that beautiful are considered
Beside her even the most beautiful withered

Stepped to the sill where Nymphertii
Had been standing all this while
A broad smile brought upon the face
In all emotions sudden she displace

“Oh! Goddess of endless light
Beautiful and gentle Aphrodite
I bow to you in eternal reverence
Please except my humble presence

And you my sister, Goddess of Trees
What makes your thoughts crease?
And you my sister, Goddess of Water
Wherefore do your thoughts falter?

And my beloved Lord Wind; Lord Sun
Why do your dreams flicker like a beacon?
Don’t fret! Gods and goddesses alike
We have assembled to unanimously unite”

Warmth surmounts the hearts present
Moon of faith emerges from a crescent
There searches a smile on their faces

As a new bird at a new dawn emerges.
